Post Oak is conveniently located off I-20 in Terrell, Texas—just 30 minutes from downtown Dallas.

While our lot sizes vary, our average lot size is 50’x110′ (5,500 square feet), the perfect size to fit a single or doublewide home while still having plenty of space for socializing and outdoor activities.

While we accept homes from any retailer, we have partnered with Affinal Homes as our community plan retailer. To view their selection or begin the home buying process you can visit their website www.Affinal.Homes or call (832) 664-7910

While there are a variety of homes that will suit your needs within our guidelines we do require that all homes be no more than 5 years old with a front porch or front facing window.  All homes will all be required to be, decked, connected to full utilities and skirted, however we do not allow any vinyl siding or skirting in our community. Residents must maintain their lawns, gardens, and a clutter-free environment on-and-around their yard.
